Why is my QuantaCann not showing online?

Sometimes your QuantaCann unit may not come back online after a power outage or software update.

If your unit is showing offline in the QuantaCann site, please try these steps

  • Check to see if the blue light on the front of the unit is on.
    • If the light is off, then press the button and it should light up blue and start up.
    • If it does not light up, then check the power switch on the back of the unit.
    • If it is already on, continue to the next step.
  • Cycle the power on the unit, by shutting off the power switch on the back, wait a couple seconds and turn it back on.  Then press the power button on the front and it should light up blue.
  • Connect a keyboard to the usb port on the back of the unit and hit the enter key once.  After a few minutes, check to see if the unit is back online.
  • If the unit is still not showing online, please submit a support ticket for further assistance.

Note: It may take a few minutes to show online in the site after turning on.
